Vikram Shah
Founder
The entrepreneur has worked in various industries, including gems, jewellery, bollywood films, renewable energy, construction, real estate, and luxury products such as watches, sunglasses, accessories, precious stones, crystal products, and technical parts.
He also has extensive knowledge and experience in the capital markets. He has bought and sold stock in various companies over the last two decades, amassing substantial wealth for himself and other stockholders.
One of the first entrepreneurs to thoroughly understand lab-grown technological diamonds and their applications. The current emphasis is on developing programs involving the formation of technological diamonds in reactors.
He has started lab-grown diamond production in India, Europe, and the United States with his funding. Despite all of the challenges, he has made the operations viable within a couple of years.

Manish Sharma
Director
Mr. Manish Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Mumbai University. He is the Managing Director of Leo Da Vinci Exports Limited in India, and he has over 18 years of experience in the Indian industry, including successfully executing projects.
He has also spent over a decade working in Belgium.
He oversaw entertainment, trademarks, desktop processing, design, intellectual property, stock management, mass media, and green energy projects. He also has experience with project management, management, and business communication.

Director
Mr. Mitul Shah has over 20 years of experience in general management, operations, and business development for Diamond Jewellery industry including loose diamond.
He oversaw customer acquisition including maintaining healthy business relation with other stakeholders, finance, supply chain, hosting events in various diamond exhibitions and social media compains.
